With temperatures of around 60 °C and a humidity level of about 40 per cent, the bio sauna offers a gentler alternative to the classic Finnish sauna. It is particularly suitable for guests who prefer a milder heat.

Separate clothed bio sauna

Families with children and guests who wish to enjoy their sauna session in swimwear can use the separate clothed bio sauna. In this way, alpenRelax also offers a family-friendly way for everyone to relax together.

Aromatic steam bath

The aromatic steam bath combines temperatures of between 40 and 50 °C with almost 100 per cent humidity. The warm, humid atmosphere is often found to be soothing for the respiratory tract and the skin.

Cooling off with ice, Alpine mist and Kneipp pools

After your sauna session, there are various ways to cool down. In the ice grotto, a crushed-ice fountain and a fine mist of Alpine air provide an intense burst of freshness.

In addition, you can make use of the Kneipp foot baths with warm and cold water. The deliberate change in temperature invigorates and rounds off your sauna session.
