Services included at the Hotel & Apartment Alpenland
At the Hotel & Apartment Alpenland, you can enjoy a wide range of included services and additional options that can be booked flexibly. The hotel is situated at 1,930 metres above sea level, right next to the ski slope. In summer, hiking trails and other activities start in the immediate vicinity.
As well as the rooms, suites and apartments in the hotel, the separate apartment block ‘apart agnes’ also forms part of the establishment. Which services are included or can be booked individually depends on your chosen accommodation and board option.

The services included for guests staying in our rooms and suites combine fine dining, relaxation and practical amenities to ensure a pleasant stay in Obergurgl.
Breakfast and half-board
Your day begins with a varied breakfast buffet, including an organic and wholefood section.
In the evening, a four-course menu is served. In winter, there are three main courses to choose from; in summer, two. A starter and salad buffet, along with a cheese platter, round off the daily offering.
Regular themed dining evenings provide further variety. Depending on the season, these include:
- Italian, Mexican or Mediterranean buffets
- a traditional Alpine buffet
- occasional gala dinners
- or barbecue evenings in summer
Allergies and food intolerances will be catered for by prior arrangement.
alpenRelax sauna area
After an active day, the alpenRelax sauna area offers a variety of ways to relax and unwind.
Facilities include:
- Finnish sauna
- Bio sauna
- Clothed bio sauna
- Aromatic steam bath
- Ice grotto with crushed ice fountain
- Kneipp hot and cold foot baths
- Relaxation areas with wellness loungers
- Waterbeds
- Infrared loungers

Bathrobes are available free of charge at reception.
To help protect the environment, please bring your own bath slippers where possible. Alternatively, you can purchase them at reception at the Hotel & Apartment Alpenland.
Winter opening hours: daily from 3.30 pm to 7.00 pm
Summer opening hours: daily on request from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm
Wi-Fi and room facilities
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The rooms, suites and apartments are equipped with cable TV.
Ski, boot and bike storage room
A video-monitored ski, boot and bike storage room with boot heating provides space for your sports equipment.
For bicycles, there is a repair stand and a socket for charging e-bikes.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use with coins.
Facilities for families
The hotel offers a playroom with a soft play area for children. Cots and high chairs are also available in the restaurant.
A pool table and a darts machine round off the leisure facilities.

From May to October, the Ötztal Inside Summer Card is included in the services.

Optional catering for apartment guests
Apartment guests can flexibly enhance their stay with the hotel’s dining options.
The following options are available:
- Breakfast buffet including an organic and wholefood section
- Half-board with breakfast and an evening set menu
- Exclusive evening menu
From January to Easter, buffet evenings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Depending on the date, Italian, Mediterranean, Tyrolean or Mexican dishes are on offer.
Festive gala menus are served at Christmas and on New Year’s Eve.
To take part in the meals, you can reserve a table at reception. There you can also find out about current offers and prices.
Bread roll service
A bread roll service is available for guests staying in the apartments at the Hotel & Apartment Alpenland. The bread rolls ordered can be collected from reception the following day.

Payment and length of stay
The hotel bill can be paid in cash in euros, by Maestro card or by major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard.
For stays of three nights or fewer, a short-stay surcharge of 10 per cent will be applied.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full duration of the booked stay will be charged. Reservations are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions.

Travel cancellation insurance
Unforeseeable events may mean that a trip cannot be taken at all, or only in part. To protect against potential financial loss, travel cancellation and curtailment insurance can be taken out through Hotel & Apartment Alpenland.
The insurance premium amounts to 5 per cent of the total trip price and can be paid together with the deposit.
