The extensive breakfast buffet is the perfect way to get the day off to a flying start. You’ll find an organic and wholefood section, a variety of mueslis and fresh fruit to give you the energy you need. Savoury specialities such as Tyrolean bacon, ham and local cheese are on offer, complemented by freshly prepared egg dishes with sausages. Dinner is served as a four-course set menu, with a choice of three main courses in winter and two in summer. A daily starter and salad buffet is standard, as are weekly themed evenings. Whether Italian, Mexican or Alpine, the buffets bring variety to your plate. During the school holidays, children aged 2 to 14 can enjoy a specially created three-course menu or a children’s buffet, tailored to the preferences of our younger guests.
Guests with allergies or food intolerances, such as coeliac disease or lactose intolerance, can look forward to a worry-free holiday in the Ötztal. Whilst meals are already included in the price for hotel guests, apartment guests can organise their stay with complete flexibility. They can simply choose between self-catering, breakfast, the evening meal or full half-board, as they wish.
The restaurant is open in winter from mid-November to the end of April and in summer from mid-June to the end of August. Outside these periods, stays at the Hotel & Apartment Alpenland are on a self-catering basis.
The Hotel & Apartment Alpenland is situated in the Austrian Alps at an altitude of 1,930 metres, just a few steps from the slopes. In winter, you can head straight from the hotel into the Obergurgl-Hochgurgl ski area. In summer, the hotel is a great starting point for walks and mountain hikes.
