Savoury specialities such as Tyrolean bacon, ham and local cheese are on offer, complemented by freshly prepared egg dishes with sausages. Speciality coffees from the espresso machine and a wide selection of teas provide the perfect start to your day before your first run on the slopes or the start of your mountain hike. ### A varied evening menu at the restaurant in Gurgl Dinner is served as a four-course set menu, with a choice of three main courses in winter and two in summer. A daily starter and salad buffet is standard, as are weekly themed evenings. Whether Italian, Mexican or Alpine, the buffets bring variety to your plate.
