In winter, there are three main courses to choose from; in summer, guests can choose between two main courses. Alternative options for main courses and desserts provide further choice. A starter and salad buffet complements the daily menu. #### When do the themed evenings take place? Once a week, themed evenings provide a culinary change of pace. Depending on the programme, Italian, Mexican or Mediterranean specialities as well as traditional Tyrolean dishes are on offer.
